HIRS is embarking on a journey in 2025 full of growth and development, implementing new strategies for the awareness and presence of HIRS. HIRS also will be looking to expand locally and globally, seeing to make a fundamental and meaningful social impact.
HIRS Vision
Our vision over the next 3 - 10 years is to train and empower a dynamic team of contractors, focusing on providing opportunities for at-risk women, low-income, and individuals in need of work and skills. We aim to build impactful local and global partnerships that raise awareness, improve spaces, and alleviate stereotypes about women in construction. By offering residential opportunities and home improvement training programs, we strive to redefine housing through affordable tiny- and small-home community models. We look to close labor market gaps and drive meaningful change across the housing industry and foster a more inclusive and equitable future.
